2. Subscription Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing cycle starts.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges already processed.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
We may provide a refund in the following situations:
- You were charged multiple times for the same billing period due to a technical error.
- You were charged after cancelling, and we can verify the cancellation happened before renewal.
- The Service was unavailable for an extended period due to a confirmed platform-wide incident.
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and issued at our reasonable discretion when the request is consistent with this policy.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Unless required by law, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial subscription periods already used.
- Requests made after significant usage of paid plan features.
- Dissatisfaction based on expected business outcomes, traffic, rankings, or revenue.
- Account restrictions caused by violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Refund Request Window
To be considered, refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the original charge date. Requests submitted after this period may be declined unless required by applicable law.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We will try to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
